7 SECONDS - Skins, Brains, and Guts 7" (Alternative Tentacles records)
I have this listed as two pressings since that's how I've always hear them described but it's certainly possible there were more than one pressing of one or both versions below.

First Press The first press has a 33rpm playing speed and the info on the label is typed out.

Second Press These play at 45rpm (sounds better too) and have the new design for the a-side label.  and here's the insert for reference:
