7 SECONDS - Committed For Life 7" (Squirtdown records)
First Press
  • 1000 made - Black vinyl Red Sleeve

RED cover is the first pressing. It's a cardstock red cover, and black vinyl. The first few hundred of them are actually folded and glued pocket sleeves, but they (the label and the band) did these by hand and after the first few hundre gave up on the idea and just did the rest as folded covers. These original came with two inserts.

  • Second Press
  • ?? - Blue cover - Black vinyl

I always heard this Light blue cardstock cover version was the 2nd press. I couldn't confirm for sure.

this is where it gets interesting...

  • So now the tricky stuff. The guy that did the label worked at a print shop and would run off covers for free on extra paper in the shop using ink colors they were running at the time. So, who knows what kind of numbers and pressings and stuff there are out there. He doesn't even remember now. On this page I show all the versions I have ever seen. There could be others. The guy at Squirtdown estimated there were 6,000 to 7,000 copies of this 7" printed in total (including verions above). The labels were all the same however the address info on the back cover changed and also some say "5th" or "6th and Last" which I can only assume means pressing runs. So here's the back covers in the order I think they were created....
    Other Pressings
here they are in the order I think they were created....

the two below BOTH say "6th and last" on the back cover
